I was woken up early in the morning by the sound of dripping water from the ceiling. When I got up in the dark to check, I slipped and fell on the wet floor. The ceiling already had a brown stain, suggesting this wasn’t the first time there’s been a leak. I called the front desk, and instead of offering any real solution, staff just came in several times with towels to soak up the water. No offer of a room change, refund, or any attempt to make the stay right. Room 116, be aware. Poor response and lack of concern for guest safety.
