You are not staying in a rental property. You are staying in a home that has lovingly, knowingly curated this stay. We almost always stay in hotels and this place changed our mind. We got to park and stroll through the neighborhood to morning coffee at J&B, happy hour cider at the Goodline brewery while listening to vinyls and dinner at Capital Pizza. We saw Lubbock in a new light! Thank you P for helping transform our attitude into an incredible experience which happened the moment we stepped across the threshold.The spring flowers, petting your dog along with the driveway conversations were worth it all. Every piece of art, antique, magnet and post it sent a positive vibe! Hoping to see you all again soon!

Great stay close to Tech

This home is neat, clean, and a great place to stay in Lubbock. We came for our daughter's graduation from TTU and had a wonderful stay. Paige, the host, was very helpful, friendly, and accessible. The kitchen is very nice and well-stocked, and Paige even asked us what kind of coffee creamer we wanted. Highly recommend this home and host!

Good experience

This property was significantly better than we expected, and the owner was easy to deal with. The house itself was completely renovated recently, so it's surprisingly modern inside. It was super-clean -- we bring a powerful stick vacuum on trips to deep clean on arrival, but didn't need it. Having lived in the panhandle, I know that dust can be a problem, but that wasn't the case. Also, lots of hard surfaces, not carpet and fabric that can hold dust. The basics, like linens, water pressure, hot water, bed comfort, and so on, were all good. We use unscented products at home, and appreciate that the owner does the same -- there was just the smell of laundry soap. The best part was that the kitchen was fully stocked. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner, and it was convenient to have the little things like a thermometer, good baking pans, and parchment paper. Besides two parks, there are a coffee shop and a grocery store in walking distance.

Lubbock campus tour and football game

Can’t recommend this home enough, so cozy. Extremely clean and had everything needed for our stay. Great open kitchen with updated appliances. Close to campus if visiting student or attending games. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Lubbock.

TTU Move In Day

Wonderful experience. The house was literally 5 minutes from TTU. The house and amenities was perfect. Super cozy and clean. The kitchen was so nice and easy to find everything. We were from MD and stayed a week and everything felt like home. Paige was always easy to get a hold of if needed. Our family will definitely stay here again when we come to Tech to visit our son.
