I would give it 5 stars but the key cards to our room were deactivated every day. It was frustrating having to go down to the front desk to get them activated. Either the staff did not activate them for the 3 days we were there or their activation equipment is not working but nobody ever owned up to it. The hotel was quiet and everything was clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good but the coffee was barely lukewarm the second day of our stay. Overall, we were happy with our stay and this was our second time here.

The room was nice. The pillows were not good. We found a bug on the bathroom floor. The water pressure was very low. The front desk worker was very nice and professional.
