Had issues with checkin - had to use an additional card with an equivalent payment hold which I already made, did not receive the 2 Queen beds I reserved; the shower was not cleaned and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months - you could see the dirt; soap dispenser empty not changed or replaced; key cards didn’t work. Will never stay here again.

Fall color trip

Everything is sparkling clean, and the room is spacious with very comfortable beds. The service is excellent, and breakfast—provided by a nearby restaurant—is absolutely delicious. The location is also very convenient.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows are terrible. Among the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. But otherwise this is a great hotel.

As in most Hotels there are transportation facilities such as an available taxi cab which in this Hampton there wern't any. perhaps it's uncommon due to the fact that auto rentals prevail for us travelers instead of taking a taxi in these times. Signed. An.old timer. i

We found our Lubbock hotel

Our visit was fantastic. Its across a walk-way from the stadium and good food down the road in both directions. The staff was thoughtful and had some excellent critical thinking skills. The Tech season opener was rained out and the team setup the sitting area with snacks, drinks, and quickly got the early part of the game on. Staff was working quickly to get enough food for changed plans and make everyone comfortable. As an online graduate student, I appreciated the "library" space where I was able to work on my class work, allowing my wife to rest; it was still noisy but its in the lobby so what do you expect. Plenty of power for devices and excellent Wi-Fi for videos and content for class. This will be our Lubbock hotel.
