Nestled in Lubbock, this marvelous house offers a welcoming retreat for guests. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a bunk bed, and a full bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Two bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or gearing up for the day, this home provides a cozy and convenient base. We have a very large back yard with a covered patio that includes a hammock swing and a small bistro table. Our house is only 3.2 miles or about 8 minutes from Texas Tech University and 2.1 miles or about 6 minutes from Lubbock Christian University. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity as well. We hope you enjoy what our place and Lubbock has to offer.
