All have luxury linens, perfect for a good night's sleep. Leather furniture with reclining sofa and a large smart TV/wifi add finishing touches. Amenities include Keurig coffee, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms include tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner. body wash and hair dryer for added convenience. Washer/dryer/detergent in laundry room. Additionally, shuffleboard and a pool table are located in the garage with space available for one car. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Drive straight down 4th or 19th Streets to Texas Tech!

Mary was an excellent host!Great communication. Followed up after to see if she could add anything to make our stay more. comfortable. Brand new and very clean. Fast internet. She gave a great recommendation for Evie Mae’s which was incredible. 10/10 would recommend.
