Small holiday village ideal for family reunions not far from the Spreewald.
There is a barbecue area, children's playground with swing, sandbox outdoor chess, man does not fret and a big trampoline.
There is also a barrel sauna on the premises. The apartment has TV, radio, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, the terrace is covered. A sleeping room for 2 persons is located downstairs and two bedrooms for 2 and for 4 people upstairs. Overall, sleep 6-8 people in the apartment. The entire complex can accommodate 27 people.

Einige Dinge waren uns im Vorfeld nicht ganz bewusst, wobei es ein Mix aus „überlesen“ und nicht vermittelt war. Wir haben uns vorher nochmal andere Bewertungen durchgelesen und hatten schon ein eher ungutes Gefühl - aber das ist absolut nicht begründet. Alles in allem ist es eine gute Unterkunft, wenn auch mit ein paar Abstrichen. Vorweg: wir waren 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder und 3 Hunde. Die Wohnung ist eher für 5..6 Personen ausgelegt. Bei der Anreise hatten wir also spontan angefragt ob noch ein Bungalow frei wäre, denn davon gibt es in der Anlage noch einige. Dem war wegen Pfingsten nicht so, der Gastgeber war aber sehr bemüht und hat versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Auch waren die Hunde scheinbar nicht angemeldet, aber auch das hat er entspannt gesehen und gesagt dass es kein Problem ist. Da fiel dann nochmal eine tägliche Pauschale an und gut war. Es war zwar zum schlafen insgesamt etwas eng, aber hat dennoch alles super gepasst und wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Ja, es ist ein altes Haus und der Boden knarzt. Aber ansonsten kann ich die Kritiken nicht bekräftigen, die Betten waren bequem und die Schlafsofas auch. Was etwas merkwürdig ist, ist dass der Strom nochmal extra gezahlt werden muss und dass der Beuler im Bad etwas kuriose Zeiten hat, sodass man durchaus kalt duschen musste. Aber mit etwas Planung war auch das keine große Hürde. Die Durchfahrt verläuft direkt nach der Terrasse, das war schon störend. Vielleicht wäre da noch eine andere Lösung denkbar.

Der Gastgeber vermietet über Silvester an Leute mit Hund, die extra erwähnt haben das sie der Böllerei entfliehen wollen, weil die Hunde Panik haben und böllert als einziger auf der Straße und zwar direkt vor den Fenstern der Ferienwohnung. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. 3. Schlafzimmer ist Durchgang zu Küche und Bad. Türe schließt nicht.Bad nicht abschliesbar. Räume teilweise total kalt ( obere Etage 10 Grad bei Ankunft).

Nach Besichtigung des Hauses sind wir wieder abgereist. Das Haus roch unangenehm und war unrein/veraltet: im Kühlschrank lief eine gelbliche Flüssigkeit an der Rückwand hinunter, die Toilettenbrille war vergilbt und die übliche Einrichtung war abgenutzt. Das Geld bekamen wir leider nicht zurück.

Wir waren zu 8, hatten genug Platz.Gut nur ein Bad war etwas wenig ,aber wir haben uns arrangieren können.Vor dem Haus gibt es eine kleine Terrasse, wo wir auch gegrillt haben.Schöne grüne Anlage, wir konnten Tischtennis spielen und auch Boccia.Bis nach Lübbenau war es mit dem Auto nur eine knappe viertel Stunde.Netter Vermieter, immer für einen kurzen Plausch bereit.Ich kann es nur empfehlen.wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.Einziges Manko, es hätte in der Wohnung etwas wärmer sein können, aber man hat ja dickere Sachen mit.

Väter-Töchter-Ausflug

Nachdem wir im Vorjahr mit Freunden schonmal hier waren, haben wir zu viert hier ein wundervolles Papa-Töchter-Wochenende verlebt. Das Haus ist echt prima, der Garten wundervoll groß und es ist eine Freude,hier seine Zeit zu verbringen!!! Vielen Dank

Das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr groß und bieten viel Platz zum austoben. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, mobelierung und Einrichtung sehr veraltert. Nur eine Toilette, das Badezimmer etwas modrig. Vermieter unkompliziert.

Geht so

Leider wird auf der seite nix von Extra Gebühren für Wäsche gesagt und das internet wird 22 Uhr abgeschaltet, was beim Film gucken nicht grade cool ist grade für Kinder. Die Mücken sind drin mehr als draußen was daran liegt das man Fenster öffnen kann die ohne Netz sind und die mit netz nicht zubenutzen sind. Auch der Backofen ging nicht oder bedarf einer Erleichterung, vielleicht wäre eine Mappe hilfreich wo über die Nutzung von internet und Sauna und Co kurz aufgeklärt wird. Ansonsten war sie okay hier und da mal ein altes spinnennetz aber bei den Mücken durften die bleiben

Leider viel zu kurz dort gewesen

Die Ferienwohnung war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Grundstück war traumhaft. Mit den Grillmöglichkeiten, Spielgeräten, kleinen Ziegengehege und der Sauna hätte unser Urlaub noch bedeutend länger als vier Tage sein können.
