Great stay overall. The staff wee very helpful and the bungalow was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend getting the pancakes for the different fruit variety. It’s around 30 minute walk from the city centre in less than 10 minutes drive. There is an airport shuttle but there isn’t a train shuttle so if you take the train to Luang Prabang there are hotel shuttles right outside. Also, a heads up there are no TVs in the bungalow.

Breakfast fresh every morning with great choices, served on your balcony overlooking river. All staff very friendly, went beyond expectations, from our welcome, booking tuc tucs and helping us book a private transfer when the provided transport never turned up. What a fantastic place. The service there was more than amazing, everyone was nice and they did everything to please us! Plus they provide free shuttle to go center town, the breakfast is great and generous, the decorations were beautiful, the pool was very clean and large enough to swim. I strongly recommand this hotel! Only downside: pillows were a little firm to my taste.

The service is superb. The entire staff is friendly and super helpful. For example, even though our flight arrived late and after the kitchen closed, they still brought us some food. And who can complain about having breakfast on your deck overlooking the river. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are basic (e.g. only cold water in the sink) but completely functional. We highly recommend this place.

The only place to stay in Luang Prabang!!

This is an incredible place to stay. We loved every minute of our river view balcony, especially having breakfast there. The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive and couldn't be more welcoming. A beautiful gem that we genuinely didn't want to leave. Thank you Thongbay Guesthouse

Incredible cozy cottage

Extremely welcoming staff, service was top notch. Free shuttle to/from city center was very convenient. Really comfortable room, enjoyed the river view. So green in the gardens! Really felt like we were staying in nature.
