The view from the balcony had beautiful trees. The free breakfast was a great quality. It included coffee and juice, a choice of omelet, scrambled or fried eggs, toast and jam, and fresh fruit. The staff spoke English well and was very helpful with arranging taxis and giving directions for the only money exchange place that was open during the Lao New Year festivities.

Nice spot.

We stayed two nights in the room behind the lobby with no windows. Everything was just fine. The traffic is minimal and it's quiet at night although you're within walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants. Young and helpful staff.

This place is still available online, but it's closed for restoration. Someone came on a scooter and said they would give me a room at another one of their hotels. It was a lot less nice than this place seemed from the pictures and no breakfast included, while that's what I booked.
