Wonderful

Very comfortable rooms and public areas. Welcoming staff. Room was large and well-equipped. Dining room excellent with first class staff. Breakfast room separate but again comfortable with good buffet and hot breakfast cooked to order.
Yet again, absolutely wonderful. Even though they were very busy on this occasion, they were still helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great as usual, lots of choices. I always have the cooked breakfast, the only silly thing, Whats with the beans in a ramekin, l like it on my plate(personal preference). However i just scooped them out onto my plate... easy. Not a negative review. Always wonderful. Love the place. Will most likely be staying again for a few days next time at the end of the month.
Would highly recommended this hotel had dinner in the restaurant which was high quality, staff very friendly and helpful
Stayed in the new rooms in grounds very comfortable.
Will be staying again.
Unexpected stay in some outhouses round thr back-
Didn’t expect this as not what I thought I was booking up - was a l double in the coach House
Some mistake along the line with booking process? , not that impressed.
However breakfasts were v good , friendly staff
Lovely clean and modern with plenty of room. We booked a courtyard family room as we brought our dog with us. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice and it was home cooked, tasty and plentiful. All staff were friendly and helpful and made a fuss of all the dogs.
We arrived around 5pm and they were ready for us. We were shown to a virtually new room in a block in the hotel grounds. Our bed was extremely comfortable and there was a brand new tv and new furniture. The room was warm and tended to by the hotel staff each day. Everything worked as it should and there was no noise to interrupt our sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was served hot and well prepared. All in all, there was nothing to complain about. We will use The Coach House again when we visit family in Wrentham which is within a convenient distance by car (15 minutes). There were many returning guests at the hotel, which says a lot about how nice it is. Thanks to the staff and management for making our stay a success, well done *****.

Dissapointing
Unfortunately we wouldn't stay at the hotel again. After a six and a half hour drive to Lowestoft to attend a funeral early the next morning all that we wanted to do was to go to bed early and get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately for us we were located above the breakfast room that was being used for a meal for a party of 42 that night. It sounded like our bedroom was located in a busy back street boozer and there was no way we were going to get asleep until they had left.
The noise died down about 11pm and we finally got off to sleep. We were then awoken shortly after to the sound of chairs and tables being dragged around. After 15 minutes I was forced to get up, get dressed and go down to ask the two young ladies who were setting up the breakfast room to please try and be quiet as we had already had to endure the sound of the party of 42 diners and now this.
I would also like to point out that the room was cold and the heating did not work / come on at the times listed on the laminated sheet in the room.
