An open plan living area offers a large tv which you can cosy up in front of to enjoy after a long day exploring Suffolk. No matter the time of day, the well-equipped kitchen is the ultimate place to cook up a feast. The spacious bathroom features an elegant roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower. There are two double bedrooms making Sea Breeze suitable for both families and friends looking to escape to the coast.



Kessingland is a traditional seaside village on the Suffolk Heritage Coast and 4 miles away is the popular resort of Lowestoftm which offers further traditional seaside entertainment. Both Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park and Africa Alive are within a short drive too. Southwold with its pier and summer theatre; Dunwich Heath and beach; RSPB Minsmere; Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood, and Snape Maltings Concert Hall are all easily accessible, as are the lovely Norfolk Broads. Shop ½ mile and pub 500 yards.

Very comfortable, well equipped bungalow with enclosed garden for dogs.

Very comfortable, well equipped bungalow with enclosed garden for dogs. A short walk direct onto the beach which is wonderful for people and dogs. Good local food shops and takeaways. Very nice welcome package which was gratefully received after a long drive. Lots to see and do in the area. Recommend Southwold for shopping, pier and lighthouse, Carlton Oulton Marshes for walks and bird watching and the transport museum.

I spent a lovely Christmas break at Sea Breeze with my dogs.

I spent a lovely Christmas break at Sea Breeze with my dogs. It was perfect for my needs. There was a welcome hamper on arrival with some thoughtful festive goodies and dog treats. The cottage itself is clean, really cosy and well equipped. The owner is friendly and makes it known he is happy to assist should you have any queries or issues. Sea Breeze is just a short walk to Kessingland Beach, which was great for the dogs and meant I didn't have to use the car everyday. I would definitely recommend and would definitely like to stay again when the days are longer and warmer.
