The hotel was very clean. This location opened this year. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room looked as though it had barely been used. The only thing that was off for me is there is only one elevator. The elevator was a bit slow. We stayed one night. Overall a very pleasant stay

Front desk checked me and my boyfriend in and within 15 minutes of being in our room an entire family walked in, then to find out front desk checked same room to both parties and voided our cards to give second family room.

Front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. They present with too much attitude and don’t try to help at all. I had a reservation and they said they couldn’t find the booking. I showed them my confirmation but they said they could do anything about it all the while being rude and snobby.

it was really nice. felt very clean and very affordable. The kitchen even came with a cook top to prepare meals on. I was not prepared for that. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean. This place covers the basics well. It is a bare bones kind of place yet comfortable. The value is exceptional compared to more plusher accommodations nearby. This is a place for quiet rest. The concept here is value without the fluff. The concept is new to me and may take some getting used to. I will be back.

It was clean and comfortable. I could hear music playing from another guest until 1am, so that was not fun. There’s a nice workout room. There is coffee in the morning, but no breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay.

Nightmare On Galleria Street!

I was consistently waken up to doors slamming at all hours of the day! vagrants camping out in the parking lot, seemingly from sun up to sun down, what appeared to be illegal drug activity could have played a roll in the malarkey! Just an overall undesirable experience!
