"I don't know what their situation was, but when we arrived between 10:30 and 11:00 pm our room was still not clean. Luckily I was able to check in upon arrival. I was told the room would be ready in 5 minutes. When I got to the room the keys did not work. I had to go back down feom the 3rd floor - I'm handicapped and elderly and had been on the road for 10 hours this day, so I was not happy at all because all I wanted to do was to collapse in bed. When I got down to the desk it was a mob scene. A tour bus had landed. I finally got my key, but there were no carts available ot anywhere to be found. Thank God for my motorized wheelchair as I had to schlep everything up one at a time. After your trips I finally got to lay down. Halleluja."
