Villa Details
This one-bedroom villa sleeps two guests and features a king-size bed. The living area includes a sofa and flat-screen TV, while the private bathroom has a shower. The well-equipped kitchenette comes with a cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea facilities, and all essential kitchenware. Outside, a private terrace with barbecue facilities is perfect for breakfast or a sunset dinner surrounded by vines.

To sweeten the deal, the owners extend a complimentary wine tasting at the Molly Morgan Cellar Door. Enjoy a guided tasting with vineyard views, optionally paired with a local cheese platter. Comfort & Convenience
Guests enjoy private entrance access, free on-site parking, quality linens and towels, and a complimentary wine tasting at the Molly Morgan Wines Cellar Door. Check-in is via SMS code sent shortly before arrival, with standard check-in from 2PM and check-out by 10 AM. The villa is adults-only, and parties, pets, and children are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM, with noise monitoring in place.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS  

Our standard check-in time is 2pm. For your convenience, you’ll receive an access code via SMS before check-in on the day of your arrival. This code will allow you to enter the property and can be used throughout your stay.

Looking for an early check-in? If it’s available, we’re happy to offer a complimentary early check-in. Please contact us if you would like to check in early and we will do our best to accomodate.

Prefer a late checkout? We’re happy to accommodate late check-outs, subject to availability. Please contact us if you would like to check out late and we will do our best to accomodate. Please note that extending your departure without prior written consent may result in a charge from our cleaning staff.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS 

 Once a booking is secured, reductions in the number of guests cannot be accommodated, and price adjustments will not apply. Please note that additional costs may apply for any extra guests beyond the registered number at the time of booking.

GUESTS/VISITORS EXCEEDING THOSE REGISTERED/APPROVED

The number of people listed on your booking is the maximum number allowed on the property at any given time, including any visitors. We understand that you may wish to catch up with family or friends during your stay, so feel free to reach out to request approval for visitors. Requests for a small number of visitors, such as parents visiting for a BBQ are likely to be approved, as opposed to visits from large groups of people. We aim to be flexible and accommodating while ensuring we adhere to property constraints and House Rules. Failure to disclose additional guests or visitors may result in additional fees or eviction from the property.

PETS  

 For the safety of both your pets and the local wildlife, we kindly ask that pets are not brought to Molly Morgan Wines accommodation. Your understanding helps us maintain a safe and harmonious environment for all our guests and local wildlife.

CODE OF CONDUCT

In accordance with NSW Short-Term Rental (STR) legislation, all guests are kindly asked to adhere to the NSW STR Code of Conduct. You can find the full details on the NSW Fair Trading website.

To summarize, the Code encourages guests to:

- Maintain a peaceful environment by avoiding noise that disrupts neighbors and other occupants.

- Refrain from any violent or threatening behavior.

- Be considerate and avoid actions that may cause alarm or distress to those around you.

- Use the premises in a way that respects the enjoyment of common areas by neighbours and other guests.

- Take care to avoid intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damaging the property of others.

- Additionally, guests should not copy or retain any keys or security passes after their stay.

Please note that any breaches of this Code may result in being placed on an Exclusion Register for five years, as we are required to uphold these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

VILLA /ROOM CHANGES 

In rare instances, we may need to adjust your villa or room allocation due to operational reasons or at the property owner`s request. While this is uncommon, it can occasionally happen on short notice. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to ensure you are placed in comparable accommodation that meets your expectations.

If there are any specific features important to your original booking, please let our team know in advance so we can do our best to make your stay as seamless as possible.

DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE 

We highly recommend obtaining a third-party domestic travel insurance policy to cover any unexpected matters that may restrict your travel. This is especially handy for things like Hunter Valley event cancellations, medical emergencies, or anything else covered under our standard Terms & Conditions.
