The property is located in a run down area. There was music blaring from early morning till late at night from the hotel sound system as well as noisy guests speaking loudly late at night and early in the morning. Staff were very nice and helpful. Other than that I do not recommend.

The bathroom smelled like sewege and that transferred to the bedroom. When we told them they said ok and thank you for telling us. They did not compensate us or ask if we wanted to change room.

Staff was great! Smily and helpfull. We got a suite and were discontent as couch needs repair, and shower cabin drain was awfull and needs replacement. Mould in the cabin is obvious. As per food, we were in all inclusive program, poor in taste as if it was canned food. Had selections but still... Breakfast menu was better. As per snacks offered it was very little in comparison to guests purchased the all inclusive service. Great public areas, nice beach and beach beds, close to Athens. In overall they do need to pay more attention to some details which are in standars of 5* hotel.
