Excellent location --- steps from the shrine. This hotel is pretty typical for the area (I've stayed in other properties.). Breakfast good. Air conditioning was a bit crazy --- but we shut it off. There is a connected bar and coffee shop to the hotel.

The staff was amazing and the property is very clean. However, the WiFi was not good. It was spotty in places. In one of the rooms we were first put in it didn’t even work. Then the room they moved us to was on the last floor and it felt weird. The floor appeared to be uneven and even make you feel like it was moving like on a ship. It was weird and I was nauseous the entire time I was in that room.

Wonderful stay with outstanding staff! The hotel staff were amazing, especially Vanessa at the front desk. She helped me with all my issues and always did so with a smile. Her positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to help truly made my holiday perfect. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel! breakfast is good except for the eggs that we need to boil it out self and it takes time to boil because the water is not hot enough. We are all satisfied and if we will go back to Lourds we will definitely stay in Panorama Hotel and also we will recommend to our friends and family. The bathtub is the only issue, its too high to go inside to take shower and kind of slippery.
