We have a very early flight and we requested the front desk the evening before if he can arrange for shuttle to the airport ,he said it was too early for any taxi to take us but he said he would ask someone. The Front desk personnel was amazing! The only problem we encountered was that other guests can be very loud and inconvenient. The train service very unreliable…. Our train was canceled and the rude lady in ticketing didn’t want to help. We end up taking a taxi, an unplanned expense of $320 E to take us to SJPP
