Recently refurbished, the kitchen is modern and totally equipped. It has direct access to the BBQ area and to the dining area. The living and dining area is also modern and functional, with plenty of seating and direct access to the pool/garden and BBQ. With cable TV, DVD and a modern 40” LED screen. Downstairs in the basement there’s also a pool table to keep the guests entertained.



The architecture of the house provides for a refreshing shade just under the BBQ and the outdoor dining table, perfectly positioned and safeguarded from the elements. The charcoal BBQ is positioned just next to the table which makes it very practical to use.

The pool can be considered to be of normal size, approximately 8 by 5 meters with a sort of an L shape. It is 1 meter deep by the stairs and 2 meters by the deep end.

Outside there is plenty of parking space.
