Villa Filipa is a beautiful 4+1 bedroom villa located in a quiet area of Parque Atlantico, Quinta do Lago.

On entering the villa, you are in a spacious entrance hall. This hall takes you too bedrooms, w/c, and office space.

Ground Floor: The living area of Villa Atlantico is open plan, with a spacious lounge and adjacent dining area with a pool table to enjoy a few games after a leisurely meal with the family. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with several sofas, a great view and direct access to the pool off the terrace. There is a laser TV with a range of international and UK channels. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with all the utensils you need to cook up great family m

Bedrooms: On the ground floor you have 2 twin bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find the Master bedroom and another twin bedrooms. Both these rooms have access to prIvate terrace with views of the large swimming pool and nearby golf. In the basement level, you have a 5th bedroom, with plenty of day light shinning through from the windows.

Bathrooms: All bedrooms have their own en-suite aswell as a seperate w/c off the entrance hall.

Basement Level: This level is also home to the games room with a Ping-Pong table in the garage and a gymnasium where you will also find a Turkish bath to steam away the aches and strains of a hard day's relaxation by the pool.

Outside: Villa Atlantico has excellent outdoor facilities. The a large pool (18 x 8m, depth from 1m to 2m50) bathes in the lovely sunshine and there is ample room on the surrounding wooden deck for sun loungers. There is a spacious outside dining area with gas BBQ area, as well as a lawned area.
