Boa estadia mas com possibilidade de melhoria.

Localização e sossego do prédio. No dia de chegada identifiquei avaria na torradeira e varinha magica que foram prontamente substituidas por equipamentos novos. Devem melhorar a limpeza pois sou cliente deste apartamento desde 2020, e tenho vindo a reparar que o nivel de limpeza está a piorar. No dia de chegada retirei 3 pás de lixo com pelos de cão do utilizador anterior (pois não tenho cães). O exaustor da cozinha precisa de uma boa limpeza ou mesmo substituição. O cano do aspirador está danificado. Os coxins das cadeiras da cozinha tambem devem ser substituidos pois têm manchas de lexivia e gordura (ja tinham no ano 2021...). Tambem devem rever as quantidades de pratos e talheres disponiveis. O wifi e televisão por cabo não estavam a funcionar e tivemos de aguardar por 2ªfeira para serem respostos (entramos no sabado....). Sugiro que a QTUR faça uma vistoria periodica ao estado dos apartamentos e que sensibilize as funcionarias da limpeza para uma melhoria dessa tarefa....Espero que esta minha avaliação vos ajude a melhorar o serviço para o próximo ano. Obrigada. Cumprimentos

Apartamento espasoso,boa localização e sossegado. Ar condicionado está sub dimensionado e é só para a sala quem estiver no quarto não consegue dormir com calor.
