**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024. This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.
House rules and suitability:
- Groups of young adults, or groups made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender, will only be accepted upon prior request and approval. These groups will be subject to payment of a refundable security deposit.
- We do not accept bookings from individuals under the legal age, unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of their stay.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets may be accepted upon prior request and subject to approval. A security deposit may be required.
- Smoking outside only.
- Not permitted: vehicle washing nor Charging electric vehicles.
Cleaning and Maintenance Notice
- Cleaning and maintenance services are included and are essential to ensure the ongoing quality of the property, as required by the owners and for the benefit of all guests. The technicians responsible for exterior maintenance (pool and garden inc.) work on own schedules and may access the property without prior notice.
- If you wish to opt out of the cleaning service only, please let us know in advance so we can consider alternative arrangements. In the absence of any request, services will proceed as per the usual schedule.
