3-Bedroom Villa with Direct Access to the Pool in Vilamoura

The ideal home for an extraordinary family getaway in the Algarve.

It’s located in a quiet area, across from one of Vilamoura’s main golf courses. Parking is easy, and there are walking and biking trails nearby that lead to the beach or downtown Vilamoura, home to the famous marina and all the nightlife.

But what really sets this house apart is its exclusive access to the pool, where you can create unforgettable family memories! With direct access from the patio, the pool is just a few meters away and is surrounded by a garden area with palm trees and a lawn, as well as a space for lounge chairs.

Going back… the main entrance to the house is on the first floor, where you’ll find the kitchen, a small guest bathroom, and the living room, which features a fireplace, a sofa, a dining table for six people, cable TV, and a router for internet access.

This floor also provides access to the patio, where you’ll find the barbecue, a dining table that seats up to eight people, and a path leading to the pool and outdoor area.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms featuring bathtubs and built-in closets. The first, which is slightly larger, has a crib (of course, you can move the crib to another bedroom if that’s more convenient) and a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The second bedroom also has a balcony, though smaller, facing the other side of the house.
In the basement is the third bedroom, which also has a bathroom with a bathtub and windows that let in natural light. This room has two single beds, and an inflatable double bed can be added, increasing the capacity to 9 people.

The bedrooms are equipped with bedding and towels, including bedding for the crib.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a washing machine and a private outdoor area where you can set up a clothesline.

The pool, although shared by the condominium (six houses and six apartments), is usually quiet, even in July and August.

About a ten-minute drive away is Rocha Baixinha Beach, where there is plenty of free parking. Also nearby are Falésia and Tomates beaches, which have paid parking.
