There are four exterior steps with handrails leading to the central hallway entrance. Inside, two short stair sections (six steps each, carpeted, not steep) lead to the condo. The hallway and stairs are 36” wide, well-lit, and recently remodeled.

🚫 No parties or events. Please do not book this property if you intend to host a party, gathering, or invite excessive guests. This listing is strictly for travelers and their immediate family only. Violations will result in immediate cancellation.
🚫 No local bookings with zero or hidden reviews due to repeated issues with parties.
🚫 No bus or RV parking. The property cannot accommodate large vehicles, buses, or RVs.
🚭 Non-smoking home. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home.
🐾 Pets: If traveling with pets, please clean up after them during your stay.
🚗 Parking:
Street parking is available in a very safe area with no permits required. You may also use the driveway spaces in front of the building when available; these spaces are not assigned.
🔑 Check-In:
On the day of check-in, you’ll receive a unique keypad code for entry. The entire condo will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note
Privacy & Layout
There are no shared spaces inside the condo. The only potential interaction with other tenants is in the central hallway (see photos). With just three total units in the building—and this condo occupying the entire top floor—it’s unlikely you’ll encounter anyone. All kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas are completely private. Once inside the condo, there are no additional steps.
Please note: this is the entire second-floor unit and not located on the main level.
Pet-Friendly
This is a pet-friendly home. A one-time $50 pet cleaning fee applies. Water and food bowls are provided—we love hosting pets! Please be considerate and clean up after them, especially prior to checkout.
If you plan to bring pets, please submit the cleaning fee through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking, as this is currently the only available payment method.

Take all sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc that were used and place in the hallway next to the washer and dryer.
Parties and Events: this place is not set up for parties or events. Please do not plan a block party with lots of people. Your reservation will be cancelled.
You can park 3-4 cars at this property easily. If you plan on having 10 or more people at this house for a party DO NOT book this home. DO NOT Park in the GRASS or the neighbors driveways. DO NOT PARK IN THE REAR OF THE CONDO`S, THEY WILL TOW YOU!
