Bartender on the smaller side completely ignored me x 15 minutes, while sitting at the bar, so we just left. He was too busy chatting up two girls. Seriously terrible service. Unfortunately, he was our last employee experience of the night and that is the lasting experience we took with us.

Parking in the garage next door was easy, front desk and all staff helpful and super friendly! Food was good, drinks were great! The hotel is gorgeous and historic, but also super comfortable and clean. Only issue was the really long wait to get a drink at the bar on Saturday night, I understand they were extremely busy and working as hard as possible, but they needed more staff.

The Brown Hotel is a beautiful classy historical treasure. The room was spacious and clean. We used valet parking but that was unnecessary since self parking was very convenient. Bar staff was great. The chef even stopped to chat about our shrimp & grits which was so so good. It was a short walk to Fourth Street Live area and most restaurants but it seemed super safe and clean. I would recommend 100%.
