The host was very kind and responsive to any questions we had, 5 stars for him. The studio could have been cleaner in our opinion as we noted dust bunnies in corners, floors were not very clean upon arrival, tub/shower could have been much cleaner, and tub drain desperately needed a dose of drain-o, microwave had old food particles (minor, but gross). The ramp that leads to the bathroom is kind of treacherous if walking up/down it without wearing shoes despite the strips on non-skid placed, and when getting up during the night. Wish there had been a coffee maker as shown in the photos as well. We did not need the dishwasher, but it wasn’t fully installed or plugged in as it looked to be in photos. Unit is very close to airport and lots of nighttime noise from planes coming and going especially on Friday/Saturday night as well as weekend pedestrian noise right outside the door. No fault of the host, but if you sleep light, it will wake you. The location is easy to access from highway and easy get access the downtown Louisville area which was a win. We feel the value was ok, and booked it because it was pet friendly, but most likely will not return.
