    This 4,500 square-foot custom-built beautiful home is located in Rolling Fields which is one Louisville’s premier neighborhoods. In 2020, the house was totally renovated on both the inside and outside including the yard and landscaping. The house includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and sleeps 11+ people comfortably. The house has hardwood floors throughout the home and an open floor plan on the first floor which is includes connecting the kitchen, family room, dining area and formal living room. The gourmet open kitchen and dining room has seating space for 12-plus people! Making it an ideal area to accommodate large groups.
    There is also an amazing covered back patio with a relaxing sitting area including a 60 in TV, wall mounted heater and overhead fan. The patio also includes a large table that can seat 12 people and a gas fireplace with 6 Adirondack chairs.
    Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals.
