We were to get a walk in shower at my request because of my husband having a knee replacement, instead we got a tub shower. Was also told that the premier rooms included the bourbon but instead it was for show. We asked for a Bourbon ans never got it. House cleaning staff spoke no english

We were there for my husband’s 70th birthday. Just in passing I mentioned it to Essence and she took it upon herself to bring balloons of the number 70 and a happy birthday tied to a bottle of Champagne. Every employee was absolutely wonderful! I rate this hotel a 10 out of 10! We will definitely be going back.

4 day visit started off a little undesirable with some wifi and a few staff that lacked people skills but thanks to a few members of the staff (Alston front desk mgr, Jay-Cii overnight supv and DJ-engineering) that went above & beyond to ensure my remaining stay was perfect.
