I found myself sad to only be there one night. This house is beautiful. We were traveling with animals which can be tricky but it went smoothly. The host is accommodating and a great communicator and the home was spotless. I’m trying to talk my friend group into going there for a girls weekend. Beds were comfortable, amenities were great and we were able to rest before traveling the whole next day. Would absolutely book again!

Host is an excellent communicator. Location is close to everything. You can walk to the U of L game or Church hill Downs. The duplex is gorgeous. Rooms are spaced out perfectly - and the beds are super comfortable. This place has everything you need. Keurig cups and syrup for the morning, detergent and washing machine, etc...Feels like home.

Wonderful spacious loft

It was a nice, clean property. Close to the expo center, pet friendly. My bed was super comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet inside even though its a busy neighborhood. My only complaints were the lock box to get the key out. I struggled with getting it open with out hurting my finger tips. And bedroom with the bink beds was a little too warm/stuffy for me even with the fans provided in it. I would definitly stay again though.

Great spot for visiting Churchill Downs!

We were in town for the Thanksgiving races at Churchill and this was the perfect spot to stay! Host was awesome and very quick to respond to any messages. The property was perfect for our party of 5!

Great game day location

We were in town for the Louisville and Miami football game. Location could not have been any better. It was perfect walking distance to tailgating and the stadium. Kroger is right across the street. Definitely recommend if in town for college games.

Quick trip

The check in process was a little confusing as the address was listed by VRBO incorrectly but the host replied immediately to confirm. The loft was a great place to stay for our family. It was nicely renovated and close to downtown, Churchill Downs and Louisville stadium with Kroger across the street. Only thing was in the bunk bed room TV was hard to watch due to the placement but we made it work. The two arcade games were nice for some friendly competition!
