We booked this apartment for a bourbon experience in Louisville. The location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It smelled amazing! We arrived late and luckily met a resident outside who showed us how to check-in, etc. Very friendly. Will book again if we head to Louisville area.

Lovely location overlooking the Ohio River. Had a roof top deck that we enjoyed with a fire pit and outdoor ping pong table. Also a club house one floor down from roof that had pool and foosball tables. The extra amenities were fantastic. Apartment was high end, clean and had huge open windows that overlooked old water tower and big clock. Kevin went above-board in making sure that we got a sentimental item that we had left behind back. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely book again in the future. The apartment was immaculately cleaned, well stocked and absolutely stunning (the 16 year girls said it was tiktok worthy! - the parents said it was the perfect retreat from a long day of shopping with those 16 year olds). Loved being close to downtown Louisville, but enjoyed the quiet and security this property offered.There were a few hiccups upon arrival, but chalked those up to being a newer VRBO listing and us arriving later than anticipated. I recommend arriving early in the evening to get parking if there is a community event happening on the property (but a fun little bonus) and getting a bit more guidance on accessing the property. We received a message from the key kiosk software with a code,but had a bit of trouble getting into the locked lobby and finding said box. The neighbors were super helpful though and helped us find the way. None of these would deter us from booking again.

Nice property, clean, and roomy. Parking was easy, retrieving and leaving the key was a new experience for me, but probably no problem for a seasoned traveler.The construction going on across the street was a bit noisy but hopefully completes soon.
