There was nothing really fresh for fruit. When they were out of yogurt, they told me they would not be getting any till tomorrow. There were cigarette butts and dental floss pics all over the parking lot. Looks like the place had not been cleaned outside in a very long time, we tried to get our rooms cleaned, and there was no real effort put in cleaning their rooms.

The management at the hotel was passive aggressive because they said we were over the occupancy code, but they never use decent customer service and offered me another room or an upgrade to accommodate my family but instead decided to limit normal accommodations and housing at a hotel. such as regular towels ( gave us tiny pool towels) And blankets not to mention our bathroom had mold in it and dirty sheets and tiny pillows the size of a couch throw pillow. I have pictures of all items. I will never be back . Horrible service for and nosy staff for a two star hotel!

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Easy access to the highway, and the greater Louisville region. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was hard to beat, with a variety offered each day. Our room was very clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The cleanliness of our room was not the best. The floors hadn’t been swept, visible crumbs on the floor, counters not wiped off. The room also had a bad smell when we arrived, like a dog had probably been in there, smelled of animal food. We stayed at this hotel back in the spring and had no complaints that’s why we were back this weekend and the hotel was not up to par as it was last time.
