Everything was great. The bed was amazing and it was easy to go around with the transportation. Would definitely stay here again. Loved this place if you’re looking for a long stay and a good deal. Just read the place description before you book and you’ll be fine.

My experience at Suites by the Airport (6623) was the worst. I arrived for check-in at 11:00 a.m., but there was no manager available to open the office. The manager did not show up until around 2:00 p.m. During that time, guests who needed to pay for their stay were locked out of their rooms because their key cards had been deactivated. The laundry room was also inaccessible because payments could not be processed without the manager present. There were handicapped individuals waiting outside for hours, along with other guests sitting in their cars waiting for assistance. Once I finally got into my room, I found the floors extremely dirty. After walking around in my socks, they turned black from the filth on the floor. I also had to call the office every day because of loud music and people hanging out in the parking lot like it was a block party. Several long-term guests complained that every time they paid rent, the amount was always higher than expected. I call the number to the property over 10 times went to voicemail. I call corporate they said nothing that they can do. I have to wait until someone shows up! Overall, the experience was very unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable.

photos online are staged- rooms weren’t cleaned well before our stay. Our room was right next to the road so it was loud all the time. Sink and counters didn’t seem to be cleaned. The room smelled horribly of smoke every time we entered. I had to go buy a can of febreze Overpriced for what it is. office/lobby is only open for a few hours a day. Person who checked me in was kind. But i left super early in the morning so had to chdck out over the phone once they opened.

Hospitality was excellent. Room was very nice. Beds were great. Only thing wrong was refrigerator didn’t work when we first checked in. We told the front desk and they came to fix it. Was working when we left for the day but then was off when we got back. We had to throw away all of our food.

No COMMUNICATION. NO one called me and everytime I called they did not have my room available. The manager instructed me to stay at another hotel until the next day.. The next day another manager informed me no rooms would be ready until Wednesday. I called Tue, Wed, Thur, Friday and told to call back the next day.. No rooms available. No call back nothing. Now Expedia and InTown will not even pay the cost of staying at another hotel at the last minute! Not even at least pay what I was going to be charged at InTown...and I take the loss for the difference. I hope Expedia understands I am not at fault here yet Im sure Expedia will say the same thing. I know there are circumstances but damn not even an apology nor help to get another hotel. Really bad from InTown and Expedia. Shame in both of you. This is definitely a Tiktok or social media posting.
