Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable with many pillows. Hotel was dated but really the vintage look was cool. Under 100$ for downtown room with city views was unbeatable. If you want 4 star go stay at the brown or seelbach and pay 350. I seen many reviews from people expecting the world and wanting to pay 3rd world. Met and exceeded expectations.

easy parking except Friday and sat night gets crowded due to 2 adult clubs downstairs and/or events. Hotel is older needs big Reno which they are starting but also home to women in recovery and low income housing. 1st and last ever stay somewhere like that only place affordable and left in city for that weekend. Breakfast was not fresh or hot but left tip for staff because they were very nice.

This place is halfway house. Homeless and drug addicts are wandering in and out as they please. Place looks like it was built in the 1800s and hasn't been updated once. Also in a bad block of downtown. avoid at all costs.
