Still haven't received my accidental pay back in my card,room was not damaged and they charged me $100.00, it's been 3 business days already they have not put money back on my card,try calling asked staff about money being put back on card,staff member didn't have no idea about the question and wasn't helpful at all, I would never stay at this facility again and recommend nobody to stay at this facility,had problem once before about being over charged for damaged fee that hold on your card once before,it gives scamming vibes.

Our experience was disappointing due to several factors. The room we were assigned had an ant infestation, was not properly cleaned, and had a noticeable gas smell. Additionally, there was ongoing construction that affected our stay. While the staff did offer to move us to a nearby room, we felt it was necessary to decline due to the ongoing issue with the ants. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up from management to check on our situation, and overall, we found customer service to be lacking. This experience fell short of our expectations.

The staff was super nice. And the location is handy for anyone coming from the east on I-64. The room was clean and well-kempt. I did have a bit of trouble trying to turn the heat up, but it went up some, otherwise, my stay was excellent, and I will definitely stay there again when in Louisville.

Had an enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. The location of the hotel felt safe and had lot of restaurants and stores nearby. We did not know that breakfast was free, we were told that there was a fee for breakfast.

There is a boarded up abandoned building that you must pass to reach entrance of hotel that is the same color as the holiday inn so at first appearance it is a part of holiday inn. There’s several water damaged areas in ceiling on the main floor of the hotel. After a 10-15 minute down pour of rain Saturday night I could hear a constant water drip on my window seal for the remainder of my stay which means there’s pour drainage and water was accumulated from somewhere up higher that the 4th floor. For average of $198.12 a night for 4 nights stay this was more of a $79 a night experience. Unacceptable for a Holiday Inn brand in my opinion.

The staff was just about the only nice thing about this property. It was old dirty my thermostat was broken, got locked out of my room several times. The water pressure was terrible. And the abandoned building up against it when you pulled in looked like a scene out of a scary crime scene! They never came to clean my room and the cracks in the walls inside and out were an eyesore. At one point standing waiting for a car they were dumping rocks off of the roof right at the entrance. Terrible experience for my children and I!!
