We booked a seven night stay and had to remove our own towels and trash, and had to ask for fresh towels and trash bags everyday. Even after speaking to the front desk twice, we continued to come home each evening to no service. Finally after speaking to the manager we were serviced on our last full day. We had to go ask for TP mid stay because no one was stopping at our room. The floors were dirty in the bathroom And stains on the sheets that made me hesitant to get into the bed. So I slept on top. The WiFi never worked for TV or computers or phone. We had to use our personal Hotspots each time The laminate flooring was coming up throughout, so much so that water was seeping up in bathroom which was disgusting We had to keep a bath mat down . It was an over all very disappointing stay. We will not be back.

Upon checking out we learned from one of the guests that his car was broken into. Although it is “downtown” I felt this isn’t downtown vibe at all. Lots of homeless and shady folks. Downtown Louisville has lots of restaurants, bars and bank buildings but no shopping stores.

Very clean very nice. It was probably the best HolidayInn I ever stayed in. The area outside is a little sketchy but nothing out of the norm for a downtown area. Easy walkable location with many food and shopping locations nearby

Rooms were clean, easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars. There was a concert at the Yum Center the night we stayed; staff seemed unprepared for crowd at check-in. Also had to park off-site.

Great place to stay, just keep in mind the parking isn't free even though there's no signs saying it cost. Just signs saying parking is for guest. Also the breakfast burritos in your snack area are not to be frozen, just refrigerated.

Stuck in snowstorm and were so happy to find this place for the night. Really nice staff and much nicer facility than we were expecting for the great price. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. Beds were very comfortable.
