The Staff was nice. Unfortunately understaffed and the restaurant/bar was not open on a holiday weekend. The bed in room 225 was too hard and the pillows were lumpy. But I have stayed here throughout the years and in the past I was satisfied.

Very nice property with easy access off expressway. If staying here ask for a room at the front of the building. Our room was in the back and traffic noise from highway was disturbing while trying to sleep. Staff was very friendly and property was clean.

We stayed here last Friday and had a mixed experience. The lobby was quite nice and the staff we interacted with were generally pleasant. We booked a king room, but were surprised by how small it was. The bathroom was functional, though the overall room felt dated—wires sticking out, no USB ports near the bed, and general wear. Upon arrival, it appeared the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was a used hand towel on the sink and visible marks in the toilet. We called the front desk, and they asked us to come back down so they could move us. While the staff did relocate us, the new room was even smaller and located directly behind the elevator mechanical room, which made for a noisy night. While the property has a nice lobby and decent staff, the room conditions and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we’d likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Why is the coffee maker in the bathroom and next to the toilet no less. Disgusting placement, could not use. Pet fee is too high. Should offer some type of continental breakfast for the price.

We stayed here for a wedding we were attending and needed an early check-in. The manager was very accommodating for that. The facility was very easy to get in and out of and had a variety of dining options around it. Will definitely stay here again.
