After having a terrible experience the night before at another hotel, this hotel was the complete opposite! Our room was immaculate, staff was beyond friendly, especially the chef in the restaurant, Ramon. Our room was spacious and had plenty of amenities. This was our second stay here, and we will be staying here on our next visit to Louisville!
