We overall would have had a nice stay . How er we had a toilet that did not function properly . When it was brought to the attention of JT hotel they gave us a plunger . It had to be plunged after every use . This made for a less than ideal stay .

We werent on property very long so didn't get to check out the amenities. We stayed for one night after the louder than life music festival. Love that they offered waters and cookies at check in. They were also providing bagged breakfasts for folks who were on the go. Room was nice sized and full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are always a win. Bed was a bit hard for my tastes but this was a minute complaint.

Everything was great except for the breakfast - there were no gluten free/vegan options Other than that, the folks who worked there were awesome, friendly, helpful even though we couldn't get into our room because the internet was down! The property, staff and surroundings were great for a stop during our trip. Numerous restaurants within walking distance too! The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious.
