The staff was fabulously perfect. The room was dirty and the shower certain was disgusting. The bed foot board is broken and tripped on it seceral time's.

More like a cheap motel with doors opening to the outside. Only one key worked, room was small, dirty and run down, no ice machine on the property, toilet was loose and was rocking back and forth, towels were dirty. The place was disgusting but we got there late and were exhausted. I'll never do an indepent again.

One Night in Bangkok

Well where do i start? #1 had to have 100$ cash for deposit even though i used a credit card.#2 no toilet paper,#3 the bed linens were dirty, the pillow cases were brown"suposed to be white"#4 room was dirty, looked lke they were remodeling but wasnt#5 no house keeping at all.#6 wouldnt give us any new towels even though we stayed a week. It was the worst experience we've ever had paying 500$ plus dollars to stay at a hotel. Took 2 hours to get deposit back when ready to check out.

Such bad conditions on the exterior of this building that we could not even enter!! Money lost. I wish Expedia would have warned us to STAY AWAY! Over $100 USD down the drain. Do not waste your time or money on this hotel which should be condemned!
