We were dropped off by a shuttle at Kentucky Kingdom. I called when parked closed(7pm) and was told by front desk that they only shuttle to the Expo Hall. When I said that they had taken us there that morning the tone of the worker changed. I must say that when I checked in the 2 front desk clerks were amazing!! They manager was extremely helpful too!!

Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant. However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy.
