The staff were so nice and gladly helped us find dining and transportation options. Rooms and lobby were clean. Good location for getting Ubers going downtown and back to airport. Didn’t have shuttle drivers so they paid for Ubers to and from airport for us which was a great solution!

Our flight. Was delayed so we needed a room. I specifically booked for the indoor pool having 3 kids with me. The pool appeared fine but was closed because of a chemical imbalance. I was not a happy camper not having the pool for my kids. I couldn't just go to another hotel without another fee....because we were using the hotel/airport shuttle for transportation.

Austin and the red hair gal (sorry, forgot name) were fantastic and went above and beyond. Our military son who just finished advanced camp was exhausted and had to repack to fly out early the next morning. They let us check in early and accommodated us on everything whether it was needing scissors, info on anything from laundry to dining and more. I highly recommend this hotel and tbeir staff. And, they had waffles...made my day!

Staff was courteous. Property is well maintained and rooms were clean. Housekeeping actually cleaned my room and replaced all amenities while I was out for the day. This doesnt happen much anymore (in the north, anyway)

Stay was for major event at KEC. (Kentucy Expo Center). Hotel had someone call in absent that worked the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar was inadequately staffed, inadequately supplied with food items that should have been available to guests and overall very disappointing. Hotel should have been prepared to deal with these shortfalls during a time when it would have an influx of occupants.
