Lost in the maze

The room was clean. It was very dim lit and no option to turn the lights up. The staff weren’t very helpful. Directions to the nearest elevator or better interior wayfinding signs would have been helpful. The interior of the hotel is a maze. We needed a map and the emergency exit plan wasn’t clear. The valet service was prompt and polite.

This a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room was super clean, big and comfortable. We had a very restful sleep. The breakfast is Top Notch! We will stay here each visit to Louisville.
