Business trip and very friendly service at cafe in the morning and front desk. Great hotel, comfortable and clean. Loved the pool.

The staff was extremely rude and only responded when called several times. The room had no remote and once bought to their attention received remote hours later. Then I told staff that when the heat was on it smelled like something was burning. The pool was extremely dirty and had to be cleaned out by another guest while visiting pool. Then since I stayed on the second floor the people above me were stomping and falling around 2/3 am in the morning and staff did not care.

This was the worst night in a hotel we’ve had in years. The lobby features a bar, with an outdoor patio. Partying adults kept us up until 2:30 am. Why the hotel allowed them to remain outside as loud and late as they did was impossible to understand. We would have called the front desk then, but had a young child we were afraid to disturb. It was a miserable night.

Good, but there was a lot of noise from the pool area after hours. However, it was 4th of July so we didn’t make a fuss. There was also construction that was not alerted about at booking but it did not cause any inconsistencies at all. All around a great place to stay and would stay again!
