Everything was perfect, except there was a power outage and we had no light from like 9pm to 1:45am. We couldn't be inside the room so we spent all that time outside in the hotel parking.

Power outage for 6 hours. The only stairwell was through the pool area which was not lit. Live bed bugs found on the last day. No courtesy offered such as meal or discount to offset such a bad experience.

Not a very good neighborhood. Did not feel safe. Only stayed one night, had family emergency. Was booked for 3 days. They would not compensate at all. Front desk said to contact Expedia if they give the okay they will refund me. Expedia said they contacted front desk and they denied refund.

The front desk staff member Robbie was very friendly and helpful. Robbie was very accommodating when we had a flight mix up and had to stay an additional night. He has excellent customer service skills. The lobby was kept clean and housekeeping came every day to refresh.

Overall nice job.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant for Sunday the 17th was a little lax on keeping items stocked.
