Located in the popular, historic and very walkable Clifton Neighborhood, this adorable property is a comfortable, cozy, well equipped one bedroom efficiency plus with a kitchenette. It is technically part of a duplex; however, the unit does not share any walls directly with the front unit. It has its own private entrance located to the rear of the property, accessed by the front steps and a walkway to the right of the home. Our little place has everything you need in an awesome spot!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.
