- This is a duplex home and the OUTDOOR space includes: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard.

Last moment trip

My family had a last moment trip to Louisville for our grandfather funeral. There were 11 of us total that came down from Northern Indiana. The house was as, described in the listing. It was great to have all the outdoor space to relax and hang out after the long drives. All the rooms had great beds and linens. Great coffee supplied for the morning. You can tell the owners are trying to supply a great place for their guest. We would rent this place again for this size of group.

Property owner was easy to work with and seems to care about the right things. The property itself needs a little TLC. Accuracy of the listing is pretty spot on. If the location/neighborhood is an issue for you then this is probably not the property for you.
