This hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. I would recommend this property friends and family and I would definitely visit again if I find myself back in the area.

Room smelled, thin walls, and Fire alarms

Our room smelled terrible, had to go buy some room freshener spray as we couldn’t bare the smell. Rooms have thin walls…you hear everything… which lead to very little sleep. Then around 5:30am the fire alarm went off causing us to evacuate the building. By far my least favorite hotel I have stayed at this year.

Love the easy find right off the high way. Didn't like that the pool was shut down for cleaning on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Maybe do that on a week night. Breakfast was great and service was great.

Hotel was nice and clean, we got a room with a kitchenette and had everthing you needed including pots,pans plates, and silverware. PARKING IS HORRIBLE. There ia literally 7 to 8 parks in front of hotel and about 7 on the side. We were informed we could park at the Best Wester in the first row only where the sign says additional parking, so that was limited. After spending Saturday night out when we arrive @ 10:30 there were no parks I went inside and aaked where do we park at now, the reception guy said " Oh any of Best western parking they use becauae they are apart of them". We parked but he went outside several times to see if anyone had moved and they had so he got the designated sign parking space. Didn't trust that we could all of a sudden park anywhwre when the lady said only the first row where it says additional parking. I probably will not stay again unless they get their parking spaces resolve because it is very convenient to restaurants and a short distance from Jeffersonville and the facility was really nice. Also they have a hot breakfast. Its not the best but plenty of grab and go breakfast snacks if you have to have breakfast.

The property was very nice. There is only like 10 parking spots on the property which made an inconvenience late at night with a small child.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. The hot breakfast was good and appreciated. However our bathroom had hairs in several areas including shower and sink. Bathroom drawer was left open upon arrival. Small pillows on the bed were uncomfortable. Please get real pillows.
