Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a double queen with separate living room which was great. Customer service was excellent. However pool was a little disappointing only 5 people could be in it and closed at 9. And breakfast was really off base they had menu for next day and non of it matched what was being served. There was insufficient water pressure to take a shower (only a trickle was produced), so I had to bathe at the sink using a washcloth. 20-minutes later at checkout, the front clerk simply said, “we’ve been having issues”, and I could get my receipt from Hotels.com.
