Both the main level and lower level feature ensuite bathrooms. The walkout lower level mother-in-law suite features a bar for entertaining as well as a kitchenette and a fitness room. The beautiful full-length deck overlooks the second tee and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. A five-burner gas grill with searing burner is also conveniently located on the deck with direct kitchen access.

Derby Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The host is very gracious, and the home is perfect. Unexpected positives include access to the two-car garage, breakfast on the deck, and playing darts and pool in the basement game room.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2025
