Located in the heart of Loughborough our three-bedroom apartment is the ideal base for exploring all that the town has to offer.
The train station is a short walk away and there are regular transport links to the university making the location perfect for those visiting the area for leisure or for those looking for a place to stay and work.
Based opposite the new BAXTER GATE development with a range of bars, restaurants and a Cineworld cinema there’s plenty to see and do on your doorstep.
The Space:
Sleeping up to 6 guests our newly renovated apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1x king with ensuite shower room, 1x double and 1x twin room . The twin bedroom can also be set up as a double bed if you require. All rooms have luxury bedding and towels provided. There is also an additional bright modern shower room.
The open plan living, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy both long and short term stays.
There are plenty of carparks in the town the nearest being either The Rushes, The Beehive or there is a small carpark located next to the apartment. Charges apply at all of these.
