I liked the whole security of the place and the little kettle with condiments offered. I didn't like how there was only 1 flat pillow the stains on the carpets were not great and the walk to the reception especially when the sat back doesn't take you anywhere near is ridiculous. Reception should be close to the accomodation in my opinion. None the less the staff were really helpful with directions and very welcoming

Disappointing

Read reviews on the difficulty finding it so I didn't go until the afternoon having spent a late arrival at another place the previous night. Booked for 2 nights and was shocked to be informed by security if I was still there after 9.00am and went back before 4.00pm I would have to pay parking charges. Virtually no mobile signal in the room, no television so a boring evening. Pillows very soft even with two not very comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again.

Very convenient and good value for money if you’re professional and working a lot of hours in the area. Very modest, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially one member of the staff who found me extra pillows very late at night.

Make sure you know where you collect your accommodation keys from ! As you dont want to be driving around the campus to find it. As you may have to drive to your accommodation block. Basic room for a nights sleep . My tip is take a teaspoon or spoon if you take your own breakfast, wooden stirring stick will not be suitable. lol.

Self catering, regular excellent bus service. But management should inform visitors that we can catch the free bus service from tram station in Clifton south, take tram from train station. When arrived in campus, taxi could not enter so we walk n drag luggage not knowing where the clv reception until I came across a staff in the library who helped us out
