Côte de Granit Rose, a sunny home

Our house is modern, very well-equipped, and located in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose. It has 4 large bedrooms, including 1 on the first floor with a large picture window and direct access to the terrace. All bedrooms have double beds. We have a large 40 m² living room with an open kitchen. Our kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and a large fridge with a freezer. There’s a large terrace where you can enjoy the long days, along with a barbecue. The house is located in a residential community, 900 m from the sea. This is our primary residence, and we rent out the house during our summer vacation. We have a friendly cat that lives in the garage—could you please feed him?

Located in the Côtes d’Armor, Perros-Guirec is an ideal starting point for exploring the Pink Granite Coast.
